Our first project / Early concept

A greener place to begin.

The first project we are envisioning brings buildings, landscape and daily life together. A connected place, shaped around nature and the people who will use it.

The first project / The whole place

Landscape at the heart of the idea.

We are exploring a place where the landscape connects the buildings: planted courtyards, spaces to gather and routes that make walking part of daily life.

The images show the direction we are envisioning. The design, scale and individual features will develop as the project takes shape.

The first project / Environmental ambition

Targeting LEED Platinum.

We want environmental thinking to shape the project from the beginning—from energy, water and materials to the landscape and everyday comfort.

LEED Platinum is our certification target. The final strategy and features will be developed through project assessment, with certification subject to independent review.

The first project / Taking shape

An early vision. A clear direction.

This is the first project we are envisioning. The visuals are generated concept images that explore its character and possibilities.

As the project develops, we will share the setting, design, confirmed features and progress alongside this early vision.
